2. Deposits

All deposits made for project booking are generally non-refundable as they are used to secure scheduling, labor allocation, and material planning.

3. Service Payments

Payments made for completed work are non-refundable. Once work has started or materials have been purchased, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may only be considered in cases where:

• Services were not initiated after payment
• Cancellation was approved before project commencement
• An error occurred in billing or duplicate payment was made

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Completed construction or labor services
• Custom materials purchased for your project
• Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or client-side changes

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned using the original payment method where possible.
