This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel scheduled services with JONES CONSTRUCTION SERVICES INC.
Clients may request cancellation of a scheduled project or service by providing written notice at least 48–72 hours in advance. Cancellation approval is subject to project status and agreement terms.
Cancellations made after work has begun may incur charges for labor, materials, and administrative costs already incurred.
Deposits made for project scheduling or material procurement may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or material shortages.
Eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy and individual service agreements.
